What format are the photos in?
All Arab Images Foundation® photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes! We already have a large collection (about 40000 negatives) to be digitized. We add photos as they are ready to be uploaded and we also add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes professional photagraphers are welcome to submit and sell their works. Arab Images Foundation® Is dedicated to promote and distribute any kind of photography about the Arab World or works of Arab photographers showing the west.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Arab Images Foundation® photos that I download?
Yes. While Arab Images Foundation® offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

If I purchase a professional subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, a professional membership allows you full access to download any 19 photos on our site at no extra charge.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Professional accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

I bought a professional subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos Arab Images Foundation® using your details, send a support request.

Photographers uploading images:

Pictures should be JPG at minimum width 2500 pixels, resolution 300 dpi and compression 9.

In the description  field you should insert text details of the image, (i.e. Peasant working on the field of an agriculture company...)

Our system will read technical aspects from your image file and display it in the details section.  

Don't insert watermark in your pictures, because our system will be adding it for display on the public site and we keep safely the high resolution  images in an other secure folder, when the photo is purchased, the client will receive a link after payment to download the photo for only one use per license.

If you input your watermark in your photos we will be enable to sell it.

All the pictures you will be uploading should be approved by our picture editor before being activated and visible on our website.
